Lemon Cake

Ingredients:
3 packets of Spanish biscuits (galletas María)
100g of softened butter
Some ground cinnamon (optional)
Lemon cream:
250 ml of whipped cream
A small can of condensed milk
3 lemons: the juice of two lemons and the peel of one lemon.
Steps to make it:
Step 1
We mix the biscuits with the butter and cinnamon and put it into the freezer.
Step 2
We mix the whipped cream with the condensed milk and add the lemon juice and the lemon peel.
After that we stir the lemon curd and place it on the base and put it into the freezer.
Take the lemon cake out of the freezer approximately 30 minutes before serving it.
